2012 Southern Connecticut Conference Meet Series
Welcome: Coaches of the following member schools of the Southern Connecticut Conference are invited to register their athletes to compete in the 2012 SCC Track and Field meet series. The schedule of meets is as follows:
Location: Amity High School, Woodbridge CT

EAST Sectionals:
Hammonasett Division: Foran, Guilford, Hand of Madison, Hillhouse, Jonathan Law
Housatonic Division: Amity Regional, Cheshire, Lyman Hall, Sheehan, Shelton
TUESDAY May 15, 2012 - 2:30pm Start
WEST Sectionals:
Oronoque Division: Branford, Career Magnet, East Haven, North Haven, Wilbur Cross
Quinnipiac Division: Fairfield Prep, Hamden, Mercy, Notre Dame, Sacred Heart Academy, Xavier, West Haven
Entry Procedures and Limits:
- All meet registration is administered by EZ Meet Services and Paynes Corner Timing in conjunction with NSSF HeadCount entry services. There are no late entries or day of meet entries.
- Athletes can compete in any three (3) events. No boy/girl may be entered in more than three (3) events, including relays. Entry as an alternate counts as one of the athlete's three (3) events.
- There are no limitations on how many athletes from each school can be entered in individual events.
- Only one (1) relay per event per school.
Registration:
- Deadline for entry is 10:00pm Eastern, Thursday, May 10, 2012.
- There are no late entries or day of meet entries.
Meet Rules:
Coaches, please pay special attention to the following:
- The SCC Track and Field by-laws will govern the meet.
- The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing for their Southern Connecticut Conference high school team.
Other Rules.
Implement Check:
All implements must be checked in by an inspector prior to use in the meet. Violators will be disqualified for using implements that have not passed meet inspection.
Awards:
The top six finishers in each event receive ribbons.
Doctor/Trainer:
An Athletic Trainer is on site during meet.

Miscellaneous:
- General admission will be $5.00 adults and $3.00 for students 18 years and younger.
- A two day admission ticket for the two day SCC Championship will be available for $7.00.
- Food, drinks, candy will be available.
