Welcome:
You are invited to the Naugatuck Valley League Outdoor Track Championship Meet at 12pm on Tuesday, May 24, 2011. The meet is open to all NVL Outdoor track and field athletes competing with their high school team.
Facility:
The meet will be held at the Woodland Regional High School in Beacon Falls, CT.
Site Description: 8 lane all-weather surface track; Javelin will be thrown on the football fields and Shot and Discus will be in separate throwing areas.

Entry Procedures and Limits:
- All meet registration is administered by EZ Meet Services in conjunction with Head Count Event registration. There are no late entries or day of meet entries.
- Athletes can compete in any 3 events. No boy/girl may be entered in more than 3 events, including relays. Entry as an alternate counts as one of the athlete's 3 events.
- Maximum of 3 entries per school per event. Teams may enter 2 athletes without regard to NVL meet standards, but if a team enters 3 athletes in an event, ALL 3 MUST meet the NVL standards.
- Only 1 relay team per event per school.
Registration:
- Deadline for entry is 7:00pm Eastern, Wednesday, May 18, 2011.
- There are no late entries or day of meet entries.
Meet Rules:
Coaches, please pay special attention to the following:
- To insure a fair and quality meet, CIAC rules will govern all events.
- The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team.
Other Rules.
Implement Check: All implements must be checked in by an inspector prior to use in the meet. Violators will be disqualified for using implements that have not passed meet inspection.
Awards:
- The top 3 finishers in each event will receive medals, places 4-6 receive ribbons.
- In addition, all First Place finishers are named All NVL for the Outdoor track Season.
Doctor/Trainer:
An Athletic Trainer is on site during meet.
