Welcome:
You are invited to the 5th Annual Moonlight Invite outdoor track and field meet starting at 4:00pm on Friday, May 7, 2010 at New Milford High School. The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team. Facility:
The meet will be held at New Milford High School at in New Milford CT where the javelin runway is in the grass while the discus and shot events are on cement circles. Fully automatic timing will be provided by Fast Track Timing LLC. Entry Procedures and Limits:
- All meet registration is administered by MySportsResults.com EZ Meet Services in conjunction with Head Count Event registration. There are no late entries or day of meet entries.
- If you are planning to enter a team in the Co-ed 1600m SMR then coaches must enter boys and girls together in the same HeadCount account under one school entry.
- Each School may enter unlimited athletes per event.
- Athletes may compete in 2-events; no boy/girl may be entered in more than 2-events, including relays. Entry as an alternate counts as one of the athlete's 2-events.
- Only 2 relay teams per event, an A and B team.
- There is no Pole Vault contested.
Registration:
- Head Count Online Event Entry for Boys and Girls available at 03/29/2010.
- The online Intent to Enter deadline is 10:00pm Eastern, Monday, April 26, 2010. The meet is limited to the first 10 teams who complete an online Intent to Enter form.
- Deadline for Head Count Event entry is 11:59pm Eastern, Wednesday, May 5, 2010.
- Coaches can scratch without penalty before 3:30pm on the day of the meet.
Entry Fees - Checks:
- The entry fee is $5.00 for an individual competitor.
- The entry fee for an individual relay team is $7.00.
- The entry fee for a Co-ed team entered is $125.00
- Payment is due on or before day of the meet.

Meet Rules:
Coaches, please pay special attention to the following:
- To insure a fair and quality meet, NHFS and CIAC rules will govern all events.
- The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team.
- Coaches and athletes will be asked to stay away from the finish line as there will be FAT system in use.
Implement Check: All implements must be checked in by an inspector prior to use in the meet. Violators will be disqualified for using implements that have not passed meet inspection.
Awards:
The top 3 finishers in each event will receive medals.

An Athletic Trainer is available on-site during meet.

Miscellaneous:
- General admission will be $5.00adults and $3.00 for students 18 years and younger.
- FULL concession stand is planned for the event.
- Meet t-shirts will be available for $15 a t-shirt.
