Welcome:
You are invited to the Manchester Midnight Invite starting at 4:30pm on Friday May 1st, 2009. The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team.
Facility:
The meet will be held at Manchester High School in Manchester, CT. This is a red, eight-lane rubberized track. This site hosts to class state meets and has clocked unusually fast times. We have two long jump pits, two discuss pits, and two javelin areas, as well as, high jump, pole vault, and shot put.
Entry Procedures and Limits:
All meet registration is administered by MySportsResults.com Meet Management Services. There are no late entries or day of meet entries.
- Two events per athlete (that includes alternates)
- Up to three (3) relays per school per event
- Maximum of four (4) athletes per school in each field event: Shot Put, Discus Throw, Javelin, Long Jump and High Jump.
Registration:
- Head Count Online Event Entry for Boys and Girls available at 03/23/2009.
- Deadline for online Intent to Enter Registration is 9pm Eastern, Friday, April 24, 2009.
- Deadline for online Head Count Registration event entry is 7:00pm Eastern, Sunday April 26, 2009
- There are no late entries or day of meet entries.
Entry Fees - Checks:
- $150.00 per school (that includes boys and girls teams)
- or $20.00 per relay or $10.00 per athlete
- ** if you have an athlete in a relay and an individual event you must pay $20.00 for the relay plus $10.00 for the athlete. (Example athlete is entered in the 55m and 300m = 2 x $ 10.00 =$20.00)

Meet Rules:
Coaches, please pay special attention to the following:
- To insure a fair and quality meet, CIAC rules will govern all events.
- The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team.
Other Rules.
Implement Check:
All implements must be checked in by an inspector prior to use in the meet. Violators will be disqualified for using implements that have not passed meet inspection.
Awards:
The Top Three Relays and top five individuals will qualify for an award.
Unique Awards:
- In the past we have given out Glow in the dark Frisbees, T-Shirts, and Nike Shoe Bags. As usual, this year we are planning on an array of other unique awards.
Doctor/Trainer:
An Athletic Trainer is on site during meet.

- General admission will be $5.00 adults and $3.00 for students 18 years and younger.
- Food, drinks, candy will be available. Meet T- shirts and souvenirs will be sold.
