You are invited to the SCC Coaches Invitational Meet on Saturday, January 23, 2010. The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team that are on the list of schools with Intent to Enter forms accepted on the Meet Reports page.

The meet will be held at the New Haven Fieldhouse at Hillhouse High School in New Haven, Connecticut.
Entry Procedures and Limits:
· Athletes can compete in any two events. No boy/girl may be entered in more than two events, including relays. Entry as an alternate counts as one of the athlete's two events. · Two (2) entries per school in each event. · One (1) Relay team per school per event (no B teams). Registration:
· All meet registration is administered by MySportsResults.com EZ Meet Services with the Head Count Registration system. · No day-of-meet entries. · Online Intent to Enter form required for participation, first 60 teams accepted. · Online Event Entry for Boys and Girls available on January 4, 2010. · Deadline for Head Count on-time entry is 6:00 pm Eastern, Sunday, January 17, 2010. · Late Entry Head Count deadline is 8:00 pm Eastern, Sunday, January 17, 2010 with an additional Late Entry Fee of $50 (payable with Entry Fee). · No day of meet entries. Entry and Late Fees:
· Co-ed Teams: $200.00 or 1 Gender Team: $100.00 · Note that Entry fees are charged for ENTERING the meet. You owe for each team entry made online. There are NO REFUNDS for scratches or “no shows.” · Make Entry Fee (and any Late Entry fee) check payable to: Hillhouse-SCC

Coaches, please pay special attention to the following:
· The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team. · The CIAC order of events for the 2009-10 season will be followed. All rules which govern the CIAC meet series will be in use during this meet. Implement Check:
· All implements must be checked in by an inspector prior to use in the meet. Violators will be disqualified for using implements that have not passed meet inspection. Team Scoring and Awards:
