Welcome:
You are invited to the New Haven Developmental Meet at 9:30am on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011. The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team.
Facility:
- The meet will be held at the Floyd Little Athletic Center (formerly the New Haven Track & Field Center) in New Haven, CT. The 25 million dollar facility is one of the finest in the Northeast. It is a six – lane 200-meter flat track, with 6 lanes on the turns and 7 on the straightaway with a Martin 2000 surface.
Entry Procedures and Limits:
At the Meet:
- Coaches provide a completed roster upon arrival using form on Registration Instructions page.
- The only events requiring signup are the FIELD EVENTS at check-in table.
- Athletes can only compete in 2 Events.
- Seeding will be based on the time. We are requesting that you give your athletes a seed time and we'll put them in heats based on those times.
Registration:
- There are ONLY day of meet entries.
Entry Fees - Checks: - The entry fee is $5.00 for each individual athlete entered.
(Example: 10 athletes are entered in the meet = 10 x $ 5.00 =$50.00) - An additional entry fee of $10.00 per relay entered.

Meet Rules:
Coaches, please pay special attention to the following:
- This meet is fine with CIAC, BUT it is considered to be a practice meet. Coaches, you can not use these times to qualify for the state meet.
- The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team.
- Athletes can wear spikes 1/8" spikes only (Spikes will be sold at the meet)
Concessions: Food, drinks, candy will be available. Meet t-shirts $10.00-$15.00.
