3200m Run
800m Run
55m Hurdles (No finals)
55m Dash (no finals)
1000m Run
600m Run
400m Dash
1600m Run
300m Dash
500m Run
200m Run
Sprint Medley Relay (1-1-2-4 laps) - 3 turn stagger (1 team per school)
Field Events:
Pole Vault, Shot Put, Long Jump and High Jump will be started concurrently with running events. The order is as follows:
High Jump -- (Boys then girls) - Five alive protocol
Long Jump -- (Girls then boys)
Shot Put -- (Girls then boys)
Pole Vault -- (Boys then girls) - Five alive protocol
